The Westlake Hills Civic Association was
incorporated in 1965 and since that time, has been an integral part of community life in
this area of (then Chesterfield and now) Richmond. Each street within our sub-division is
represented on our board of directors. Members of the board of directors are selected from
residents and serve for a 3-year term.
If you have any suggestions or problems, please contact your representative or, better
yet, attend Association meetings. All meetings are open to all residents of Westlake Hills
and are generally held the second Monday of each month, September - June. The meeting
location is announced in our monthly newsletter.
